Since the company was founded in 2016, we have focused our attention on technological commercial candidates with a proven technical skill set, typically, mechanical engineering (IMechE, BEng, Meng, MSc), or electrical engineering (MSc, BEng, MPhil, EngD) professionals who have the character and drive to succeed in a demanding front office position. We started out servicing the metals and mining sector, with a focus on producers and distributors of Carbon Steel, Tool Steel, Alloy Steel, High performance Stainless Steel, Non-ferrous Metals and Speciality Alloys, used in almost every light and heavy industry sector. From our work and knowledge of the Steel and Metal Processing industry, we developed our business into engineering and manufacturing sectors to encompass as much of the supply chain as possible so that we can offer diverse opportunities to the candidates that we work with who have developed rich transferable skillsets. This also guarantees that we are never required to head hunt directly from any of the companies that we work on behalf of.
